Transport Manager
If your business is moving things for other people (not your own goods) or carrying passengers in return for payment, you are likely to need an operator’s licence and that in turn is likely to require a qualified transport manager.
As the exams for the transport manager qualifications only run 4 times a year and results take another six weeks many new businesses find themselves needing the services of a transport manager to bridge the gap between starting the business and one of their staff gaining the qualification.
I can provide a short term solution or indeed a more long term relationship to satisfy the Traffic Commissioner that your business will be run in accordance with the relevant regulations.
The time required to undertake these duties is determined by the Traffic Commissioner and is based on the size of your business. Compliance is assured by a combination of site visits and ongoing telephone / text / e-mail support.

First Aid Training Course
Whilst first aid is a part of driver CPC and ADR training I am also pleased to offer the full 3 day First Aid at Work, 2 day Refresher and 1 day Emergency First Aid At Work certificated courses.

As an experienced trainer I bring not only theoretical knowledge but also my own practical experience of successfully delivering CPR in real-life emergency situations.
This course is very hands-on, is always very popular - and frequently becomes competitive fun! It makes use of modern teaching aids including an interactive resuscitation mannikin which provides real-time feedback; a defibrillator simulator which provides the same voice and action prompts that you would experience in an emergency.; and an innovative teaching aid which gives you practical experience of the action needed to clear an obstructed airway.
